Well I made it, not so bad but still lots of steep uphills and downhills.My back is hurting but all else is well… ok so I am tired too, but well as can be. Urban jungle walking So what am I to lean here? Unlike most due to a head injury the military I don’t have a visual memory. I can’t see pictures in my head. I walk and I can only see what’s in front of me, as I walk I try to generate thought but I have difficulty so I just try to enjoy the here and now. Easter Sunday in Santona I missed the parade for Palm Sunday but the town was so alive with activity I didn’t notice. I took the longer ferry Paseos en Barco across the bay out of Laredo harbor. Most pilgrims take the ferry at the other end of the beach but i was staying in Santona today trying to meet up with a fellow camino forum member.
